• Since users of bookangrila have to meet the bookowners for sharing/swapping ,Bookangrila strongly recommends both the parties to verify their credentials before meeting .Besides,any risk involved is already offsetted by Bookangrila as users only share with in a trusted network such as their school/college network .
• Bookangrila is not responsible for any damages done to the books .
• Bookangrila does not supervise any meetings ( hard copy sharing in person )and takes no responsibilty what soever if the a user harasses other user in person ( On the pretext of hardcopy sharing ) .

By using or accessing Bookangrila , you agree to this Terms . Here "you / your" refers to the user and "us/we /our" refers to Bookangrila .

You own all of the content and information you post on Bookangrila, In addition:

• For content that is covered by intellectual property rights, like photos ("IP content"), you specifically give us the following permission, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any IP content that you post on or in connection with Bookangrila ("IP License"). This IP
• When you publish content or information ( personal details ) . It means that everyone, including users of Bookangrila , will have access to that information and we may not have control over what they do with it .

Safety

We do our best to keep Bookagrila safe , but we cannot guarentee it . As a user , we need you to understand certain DOs .

• Do not send or otherwise post unauthorized commercial communications (such as spam) on Bookangrila .
• Do not collect users' content or information, or otherwise access Bookangrila , using automated means (such as harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers) without our permission.
• Do not upload viruses or other malicious code.
• Do not solicit login information or access an account belonging to someone else.
• Do not bully, intimidate, or harass any user.
• Do not post content that is hateful, threatening, pornographic, or that contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence..
• Do not use Bookangrila to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.
• Do not facilitate or encourage any violations of this Terms .
• Do not provide any false personal information on Bookangrila , or create an account for anyone other than yourself without permission.
• Do not use Bookangrila if you are under 13.
• Do not use Bookangrila if you are a convicted sex offender.
• If you select a username for your account we reserve the right to remove or reclaim it if we believe appropriate (such as when a trademark owner complains about a username that does not closely relate to a user's actual name).
